Every SOCii Social app shares a structural commitment: where consenting community data or labour generates commercial value, affected users vote— opt out or accept opt in — after transparent disclosure of terms. Moderators, creators and communities receive proportional stakes. Platform reinvestment is capped and published. This is the R&D thesis SOCii is building toward public benefit — testable, auditable, and open to scrutiny by academics, lawyers and regulators.
